Anthony Selva Nadar, a 19-year old Jetking student from Dharavi in Mumbai, has emerged as the winner to represent India at the international stage of World Skills in Brazil this year. Jetking Infotrain Limited, in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), launched the World Skills competition 2015 at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. Jetking, India’s premier Hardware and Networking Institute with a legacy of 25 years of training, is representing the IT Network Administration domain at the World Skills competition to be held in São Paulo, Brazil in the month of August, 2015.
In the 2nd year of its partnership with World Skills India, Jetking ran a national competition to select one winner who would go on to represent India at World Skills in Brazil later this year. Anthony, who is all of 19 and hails from the Dharavi slum in Mumbai, fought his way to the top after proving his mettle in several grueling rounds of the competition.
Mr. Siddarth Bharwani, Head – Brand and Marketing, Jetking Infotrain Ltd., said, “After a mammoth talent search through Jetking centers across the country, we found the right talent to represent India at the World Skills event to be held in Brazil.” Further, Mr. Bharwani felicitated Anthony on winning the World Skills India competition in the category of IT Network Systems Administration.
